Best salad dressing

What's your favorite salad dressing? I've had all of these before but Caeser dressing has come to be my favorite. In school we had the choice of Italian, French, and Ranch dressing which is typically available in restaurants around the USA. Sometimes they even have Caeser, but those are typically our top 3, with Ranch being the most popular.

Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and whatever condiments i can find, mixed

For the record, I think balsamic vinegar is great. (NOOoOOo don't do that, you need to make it into a dressing, you can't just use it as is!1!1! )
