Everyone says this but it's not true. He basically learned ki control from a tibetan monk so it's kind of like saying "Krillin has no powers". Without this he likely wouldn't be able to bench press 1000 pounds while being shredded and also have amazing cardiovascular endurance, AND inhuman feats of physical toughness, all while being supposedly natty (if he wasn't natty, could he really be said to have no powers? Cap basically just has powers from really good PEDs). This isn't mentioning his armor and gadgets which are kind of a power themselves. Everyone would probably consider Tony Stark to have powers even though it's really the suit that has powers. Albeit, Tony is attuned to the suit
