In my generation people care less and less about their national identity (probably because le social media). I believe a healthy amount of patriotism is beneficial to individuals because it boosts their motivation via the thought of helping their country to become a better place. Thoughts on this soyim?

I am ready to join the army the second my country is at war but i dont feel this way at all. I genuinly hate my government and the retarded ways our system does'nt work. If i am doing something i think is usefull for people outside my family i only feel like i am helping either an individual or the community i am physically at but i never feel it helps my nation (Quebec is a Nation not a province or a country).
