are cold showers actually good for you or is it just bull

>shampoo
Call me a smelly fucker or whatever but it's unnecessary.
Shampoo was created for Women to remove powders and gels from their hair but in the modern day it's just a solution to a non-existent problem.
Just get a thin comb and brush your hair heavily while blasting it with water for about 5 minutes in the shower, human hair has natural oils built-in that are made to level out and maintain themselves, so any and all "greasiness" to any given persons hair will go away after around a week once the body realizes it doesn't have to pump out a heavy amount of the oils anymore to keep up with the equally heavy mass-erasure via the Shampoo.
There has also been multiple studies done linking certain chemicals, particularity those found in shampoos such as Sodium Laureth Sulfate to lower levels of Hormones due to them affecting the Endocrine System.
Duh, shampoo makes you gay.
I don't use any poo on my hair, do you?

>ill just stop showering

i cold showered for a year and got bored of it so probably not

usually I go in with warm water and I slowly make it colder until there's no more heated water so it doesn't feel like someone dumped a bucket of ice water over me
If I don't make the water cold I feel sick and dizzy and I get awful sleep

I don't think so. You can become "tolerant" of the cold over time, but the feeling of it will never go away. Some form of lukewarm water works best, ideally a little bit above where you start to become uncomfortable (to the point of losing concentration).

I like starting hot and then making it lukewarm to cold when I'm done washing myself and just stand in that water for a few more minutes
