A tumor formed in his brain after inhaling zinc smoke from welding galvanized steel. Will post more recollections here as I remember them.

One time he had a scheme to buy an artisan copper still to make ethanol fuel in it, but decided against it after realizing how hard it would be to steal enough corn to supply the mash.

During the COVID virus when everything got so expensive he absent mindedly implied he wanted to steal some of my cattle, but I told him I would kill him if he tried. Nothing happened.

He was arrested 14 times for DUI but the ironic thing is he could still legally drive if he paid off his fines ($20,000+). That's messed up imo, after the 3rd time you should never be allowed to drive again.

That's why I put in wood or diesel stoves for heat. Propane is just too jank.

Of course that's not guaranteed either, when I was a kid I built a shack out of straw bales (the brick looking things they put outside the stores in the fall) and the diesel stove I poached from an ice fishing hut ended up leaking and burning the the whole thing to the ground.

He's ok too. Amazingly, he was relatively unaffected because he had fried his brain on acid years previous.
