>Is he looking toward the viewer with white pupils,Is he looking toward the viewer with white pupils, or is he looking away with black pupils? I've always seen it as white and I can't see it any other way.

explain this to me like i have down syndromeIt's meant to have white pupils because mutts usually have eyes that are so dark that the light reflections on their irides look nearly like white pupils.
Woahor, at least that version of impish amerimutt has black eyes with white highlights, or white pupils that are looking at you, the white is positioned where impish soyak ears' pupils are which means thats not the sclera, however the other version has normal eyes looking to the other side.

looking to the side > swede looking at you > mutt looking at you
Meximutt wouldn't be as funny if he was looking straight at you o algoIts way funnier to think he is looking at something else than looking at you
thats just scaryMeximutt wouldn't be as funny if he was looking straight at you o algo

Imagine a man with light eyes. Imagine the pupil. Where are you looking when focusing on this person's eye? The pupil, right? Or at the very least, you can tell that is where they are viewing you from.explain this to me like i have down syndrome
thank youImagine a man with light eyes. Imagine the pupil. Where are you looking when focusing on this person's eye? The pupil, right? Or at the very least, you can tell that is where they are viewing you from.
Now imagine a man with dark eyes, with no visible contrast between the irides and the pupils. If you can't focus on the pupil, what's the next best small round dot? The small bit of light that's vaguely somewhere in the middle (When possible).
See if you can understand what I mean by comparing these two images.
