It's a largely-corporate artstyle from the early 2000s that comes from things like promotional art or the themes of products like the iPhone or Windows computers. A lot of people find comfort in it because of the nostalgia of simpler times, or because of its seemingly hopeful, futuristic sentiment on technological advancement, with the main focus of Frutiger Aero artwork being a display of architecture integrated into a sustainable city structure with a focus on environmental preservation (lots of greenery or other natural forces combined with neat technology-focused buildings/rooms, usually computer-generated artwork). I think it's neat, but it isn't something to obsess over like you can see a lot of redditors doing when it comes to discussing contemporary aesthetics in advertising.
