Certain events and bad things happening in real life. My friends supported me and helped me with it tho, gave me some advice. It’s all good now! I take stuff less serious, especially when it’s negative. Shouldn’t be wasting my nerves on it
Unironically feeling more /calm/, relaxed and happy about me, my life and the way I spend my days. No stress or panic attacks anymore. Life really is beautiful and more people should appreciate it.
