I said that first cousin marriages are and most of them. And even if they are makruh that still means they literally shouldn’t be done and either way that doesn’t refuse the status of the prophet (PBUH).
Nothing says something "shouldn't be done" like having the "unrivaled model of virtue in character, worship, and obedience to divine guidance" participate in one.

Like I’ve said, it doesn’t logically follow with with the entity (PBUH) we speak of doing something that is not recommended for others to do. I’ve already gave you multiple analogies in which refuse that we can go over them again. As a matter of fact, I’ll just put on paragraphs upon paragraphs to refute your claims.

First of all, nice strawman fallacy go ahead and justify how that would refute my whole argument.
That isn't a strawman fallacy at all, I'm showing a hadith (which is in the Sahih Muslim) that directly says that images of living beings is haram, which has more weight than a scholarly opinion

In debates and arguments, the burden of proof lies with the individual making a positive assertion - claiming something exists or is true. This person must provide evidence or logical reasoning to support their claim. Conversely, the person denying or questioning the assertion doesn't bear the responsibility of proving the negation. Instead, they simply challenge the positive claimant to substantiate their assertion.
Shifting this burden to the negative side is a fallacy known as "proving the negative." This occurs when someone demands proof from the person denying an assertion, unfairly reversing the responsibility. The burden of proof principle ensures that claimants provide substantial evidence and protects against fallacious reasoning.

Yes, you did since you completely ignored my arguments and you just showed a source which by the way isnt more than the sources that I provided.

Actually scholarly opinion would come from both holy books and such sources in question the thing is that it is a consensus that it is indeed allowed which does not hold more weight and we can debate if it does have more weight and you’re gonna get absolutely slammed.
