I've read about them and they're really interesting. Basically they are sentient beings that can live in your mind if you concentrate and try to manifest them over long periods of time. It's not just larping foids, a lot of people are doing it and are saying it works. Do any of you have experience with this? Would you be interested in trying?

Tried when I was like 12 but never again
I think it's natural for people to have tulpas or allow their mind to be shared with someone else. Modern society and especially Christian belief in souls is forcing you to be alone with yourself. You should try it out if you can.

Best choice of my life.

I would say it's bullshit, but sometimes when I'm nodding out I hear voices saying random shit, so I could see how it could work. I feel like making one is basically sentencing yourself to never having a healthy social life or a romantic relationship for the remainder of your lifetime. I wouldn't look into it unless I was 35 and a complete loser or on a wheelchair, or something.

What you're experiencing are hypnagogic hallucinations, and they're not tulpas because tulpas aren't just voices, they're beings that live in your mind.
You can tell you have a tulpa if you can "converse" with it and ask it questions, and it responds with thoughts that aren't your own.

I know it's not a tulpa, idiot. I didn't say it was.

One can always become a writer if you have nothing to share your thoughts, so the tulpa route is unneeded. Instead of burning your time and rotting away alone, write shit, people love reading SNCA
