Slavs are slavic, not germanic and therefore not white. Latvians and lithuanians are not white since they are baltic and not germanic. They pass as white, but they aren't actually. I've met syrians that could easily pass as north italian, does that mean syrians are white as well?

Depends there are three ways to be "white"
1 ethically white, this is the least race related one as its just acting like a civilized person (most white people cant even do that geg, go to a shitty neibourhood in a white town)
2 colored white as in you can have a completely black family three and somehow because doctor house took too many vicodins or something you are born with white skin (not albino actual white)
3 ethnically white, this one is more based on ethnic bloodlines rather than "white" and itself can dissolve into inner conflicts as retards figth over who is the whitest
