rule 9 has been a thing for months and back when they first added it i thought it was going to be a week-long joke but alas it's still here. why do they still have this rule anyway? it just wastes time and janny resources when they could be banning actual offenders. i've even seen people get perma'd just for calling jiren weak, why is this still a thing?
