Thats the left side of the image. And then the right side is someone on twitter said that the monkey from those brainrot shorts looked hot and people started getting mad at them. The image is saying that flallenxhungus is really sad that his Furry Hyhena porn is under blame when the person saying the monkey is actually the real enemy. Hope that helps
