Shouldn't it be the other way? A reaction can only point to one thing so the parent reaction or message isn't a list. You would have a never ending of nested reactions and if it's something in sql then you would have a table of reactions that point to another reaction in the table or something. At some point getting the reactions would take too long to get from the database or something if there's too many

I like rudimentary solutions like this.
I don't think it would take that long.
You'd have to click a button to see more than [n] layers of reactions.
The first reaction would have a value x.
A reaction would inherit its parent's x and add 1.
You could add a limit then.

just the normal reactions are already fucked up
When I was creating the ractions guide I had trouble downloading all the reaction images because they are all over the place
Some of them are small, some of them are full size (few MB in size)
shit's fucked up
