I'd say in certain aspects it was worse, especially given how unregulated it was, anybody could use a sex/rape exploit script up until like 2017, funny how that ironically enough ended up fucking Roblox in the ass when somebody used that script on somebody in-game and a parent got furious over it, or how the front page up until 2016 was also completely over-saturated with random bullshit that was thrown together in five minutes with free assets/models for a quick buck or for attention.

The better aspects of Roblox was how they kept the site from getting stale or boring through community interaction or events that would occasionally happen throughout the year, if you were sick of playing games then you could tune into the newest Halloween or Christmas event like giftsplosions and whatever else they had, you could chat with randos on the forums, there was a little more to do than what currently exists on the website, now there's nothing to do on there but play games so things quickly get boring.
The administrators of the site don't give a fuck anymore and haven't for years.
