I don't like making rules because that usually doesn't actually change how the userbase behaves, like how I explained with the mandatory arrow change. I feel like shitflinging countryshit stained the site a little and that the only thing that would genuinely fix it is driving said demographic away from the site.
Maybe relegating them to /pol/ hell could be good doe. I'd say it should be tested.
