Self diagnosis is pretty dodgy and the people who keep confusing me as neurodivergent aren't professionals.

Are others in my Generation that messed up to the point where a quiz like that, with such nasty contents, could even become an answerable thing among the majority?

God that put me in a bad humour as stuff like that always makes me upset because a lot of people just put on a sad face nowadays for the plain and simple fact that they just want attention, attention that they should’ve been received from parental figures and friends, same goes for the people out there who self-diagnose themselves with the likes of gender-dismorphia and autism.
I apologise if this message itself upsets some but wow, there’s no better advice I can give then a plain and simple “go outside”, some of my best memories were just spent outside alone or with friends and family just soaking in the surroundings or using the surroundings to our advantage (making makeshift dens and general camping for example), and I’m very much aware that not everyone has access to the true outdoors due to living in a city but just go out somewhere and get fresh air whenever you can, it’ll give you a world of change.
