Steve is a well respected member of a former community, a well mature member and someone with actual moderation experience, whereas you are an immature booru user who doesn't deserve to hold any position of power and before this ever even happened, people didn't like you at all. Your voters have no actual arguments, most of them know you're a bad fit and are just voting because they wanna watch the site burn.
