and to be honest i can't really speak on the matter since i used to have the body of a starving african baby (90lbs 5'9) but at least i did something about it (170lbs 5'10 now)

i think i had some kind of disease or something i looked horrifying
literally could not look at myself and ended up picking up some weights (and the fork)

Why do people think this is a good meat substitute? It doesn't even have the texture of meat and tastes disgusting
soy has protein.
personally, eating tofu as TOFU and not meat is better but i'm a chink so i'm used to it
 
I think the chinks were the ones who invented it in the first place
tofu literally tastes like a less tough/elastic jello nothingburger unless you put something on it.
would NOT recommend eating it as a substitute for anything though
