It's human instinct so yes. That doesnt justify it but people who deny that everyone is inherently a little racist are retards. I feel uncomfortable around some types of people and always have.

You can be a racist and not hate anyone for their race. Racist just means you believe that different races are more adept at certain things on average than others, and the reason for this is biological/genetic

Well, yeah, I guess I believe in that to some extent, like that old example of how East Africans are great at long-distance running if you look at statistics like the Olympic games or in other sports, and West Africans are the best at sprint-running there, meanwhile. However, doesn't racism also imply the belief in superiority and inferiority? I guess we'd have to go into the specifics of "what of them is superior", since my belief is that souls are never inferior or superior, of course, and therefore the objective quality of a person as a whole can never be superior or inferior in such a manner, as we're all wretched humans equal in deserving the punishment of hellfire who can only be saved by the grace of our God through living faith, but I guess people can be genetically "superior" at different things, once again, to some extent, never totally or objectively, since there's always leeway there between folk. Besides, I feel like OP is specifically meaning prejudice on the subject of race, rather than simply acknowledging genetics that help people be better at different things. Still, your comment is a valuable thing to bring up.
